Mediterra Agro, initiated its international certification process for organic agriculture trade in the middle of 2020 following its many years experience in international trading of agricultural commodities.
As a result of inspections and examinations carried out by accredited certification bodies within organic agriculture, as of beginning 2021 the European Commission (EC) No. 834/2007 and USDA Organic Regulations National Organic Program (NOP) 7 CFR Part 205 organic agricultural trade certificates have been received in accordance with organic agriculture trade regulations.
Organic agriculture is a controlled production method based on the health of the people and nature by considering their ecological balance.
We aim to continue our activities in organic agriculture in order to produce clean food and feed in accordance with
the preservation of ecological balance.
Together with the control and certification companies we work with on this subject, we are able to offer our customers full traceability from the field to the final product and technical analysis in the relevant laboratories of the organic agricultural products in which we trade.
